Description:   Juglet with flat bottom, ovoid body with max diam. below median, steep side, vertical neck, vertical strap handle starting at on body above max diam. Similar to C-1935-495.
Decoration:   Greenish-brown glaze on half of exterior body, reserved lower body and bottom.
Material:   Coarse very pale brown clay with small to large rounded spherical and tabular frequent gray, few white and red inclusions. Few small angular platy voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving complete body to start of neck, start of handle.
Period:   Middle Byzantine (802-1058 AD)
