Description:   Plate with straight flaring body rising at 30 degrees, vertical rim.
Decoration:   Interior painted in white slip: edge of central medallion, broad pand of serrated leaf, on side, with spirals in angles; vertical wavy lines on rim. Clear glaze on interior; a stripe of clear glaze over articulation of rim.
Material:   Moderately fine clay fired red at edges, brown at core, with frequent fine white inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   2.5YR 6/6
Condition:   Fragment. Five joining frgts. preserving full body profile from just above foot, start of rim; ca. 1/3 circumference body.
