Description:   Flat base with sharp edge, beveled band W00.01 at base of body, above which very slightly convex, tall body, widening to horizontal outturned rim with rounded lip. Two vertical strap handles, one with slight spine and one deformed from c. 2cm above base to c. 1 cm below rim, triangular smear of clay at handle base.
Decoration:   Red slip on interior dripped over lip and rim to exterior. Some 'accidental' splotches of slip on handle and body.
Material:   Coarse buff to pink clay with frequent small white, common medium to very large red inclusions and frequent medium to small voids.
Munsell Color:   Clay: yellower than 7.5YR 7/4 to 5YR 6/6 Slip: 2.5YR 5/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Complete Profile, 19 joining fragments, 10% base, 60% body, 85% rim, one complete handle and upper half of 2nd. Clay and slip encrusted.
