Description:   Plate or shallow bowl with high vertical ring foot with convex profile, sharp resting surface, rounded undersurface in so far as preserved. Start of wide flaring body.
Decoration:   On floor, palmette stamp placed within line of foot, 9-petal: central pointed leaf framed by 2 narrow petals, other petals have curling tips. Border of rouletting. Slightly lustrous, somewhat thinly applied, black glaze over all.
Material:   Fine light gray clay, without mica or visible inclusions, rare fine voids; clay well compacted, fractures smooth.

Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving foot and part of floor, ca. 1/10 circumference.
