Decoration:   Pink wash on surface.
Writing:   stamp. Near base of handle on outside face, oval stamp, five petalled palmette over volutes. H. of stamp 0.021. As C-1971-184 (Kohler 1978, p. 152, no. 163, pl. 23).
Material:   Coarse, pink clay, pinkish gray at core, with abundant large to very large spherical and tabular angular dark gray, red and white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5YR 7/4 (pink), Core: 7.5YR 7/2 (pinkish gray).
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment preserving lower half of handle.
