Description:   Fruitstand pedestal, cylindrical, shallow bowl. Cf. C 1970 535.
Decoration:   "Corycian Cave Style" (John Lavezzi) matt black-on-red: groups of four black vertical lines at regular intervals around stem hanging from black line at point where stem meets the bowl on red ground on exterior, reddish brown paint on bowl inside. Cf. C 1970 535, C 1970 537.
Material:   Fine reddish brown clay with few small to large, white and gray, angular and subrouned spherical and tabular inclusions. Several small vacuoles.
Munsell Color:   Fabric: 2.5YR 6/4 (light reddish brown), Paint (exterior): 10R 5/8 (red) to 2.5YR 4/8 (red), Paint (interior): 2.5YR 4/4 (reddish brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment of pedestal and bottom of bowl. Granular and smooth breaks. Paint well-preserved.
