Description:   Squat Alabastron. Large flat base, squat rounded body, very low narrow neck with outturned rum. Three round horizontal handles (two remain) attahcd on sloping shoulder. FS 83
Decoration:   Exterior slipped and painted. One band at base below main zone. Main zone has a thick curving band (FM 15 rock pattern I, and the background to base of neck is filled with parallel rows of dots. Under each handle is a W-shaped line. Neck, rim and handles painted solid. Bottom has a cross in square design made of double bands with eight dots one in each open space.
Material:   Fine hard clay
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10 YR 8/4 (very pale brown), paint 7.5 YR 3/1 (very dark grey)
Condition:   Complete profile. 32 joining fragments preserve 2/3 base, 1/3 body, 5% rim, 2 (of 3) handles
