Description:   Composite horizontal sima and raking tile: at front, flat overhang transitions at almost 90 degrees to projecting edge (H. 0.063), to vertical decorated surface (now missing); on back, thick vertical edge (Th. 0.043) behind decorated front, transitioning at 90 degrees to bedding for antefix, right edge raised to accommodate antefix (presumably lion head).
Decoration:   Black painted overhang with red painted band and repeated double bead and reel pattern in white at edge. Projecting edge painted black with running meander pattern in white, with checkerboard square in center of every other one, below black painted main field. See Broneer 1954, Corinth 1.4, pl. 20, no. 2 from South Stoa for similar example.
Material:   Coarse pale yellow clay with few medium to large subrounded angular and tabular angular gray and red inclusions with rare small-medium voids.
Munsell Color:   5Y 8/2-3 (pale yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of overhang and lower projecting edge of sima and part of raking tile behind.
