Description:   Profile from bottom up: fascia, vertical face, crowning moulding of cyma reversa, above which a fascia.
Decoration:   meander on fascia, hill type IIA, with filling squares having St. Andreas cross and quincunx. Flanking lion-head spout a cream acanthus spray on either side, from which curl plastic tendrils, cream-colored and grooved, \in fork of each peir of tendrils is a bell-shaped flower whose small stem passes under the large stem to appear as a red curl. \on the cyma reversa a \lesbian leaf in black and cream on red ground. Fascia cream-coloured. \on soffit astragalus, light on dark with red band. Lion head: W. 0.34 x H. 0.40. Deep groove from center of forehead back, with 5 strands of hair between part and each ear. Mane locks plastically rendered. Heavy eyebrows, mouth, tongue and ears red.

Condition:   Complete profile. Several joining fragments., complete length, height, broken in back. Part of lion's head RIP.
