Description:   Architrave-frieze block, worked the same on both faces: with 3-step architrave, H00.06, 00.07, 00.086; crowning cyma reversa and fascia H00.088; frieze has slight compound curve H00.0165; crown H00.085, half round, fascia. Top finely picked along edge, small point along back, punch dressed in center; claw on frieze; architrave smoothly worked. Anathyrosis on left joint.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed on frize, Latin, letter H00.12: ]ICV[
Material:   Fine white marble.
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., complete profile, left end; broken at right and in back. Surfaces of mouldings broken away.
