Writing:   inscribed. Four lines in Latin.
Material:   White marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Two frgts., joining, preserving edges at top and at right; on frgt., is small chip at last line right glued into place.
Chronology:   Lucius Gellius Iustus was agonothetes in 127 CE (consular date on I-2740) see Biers and Geagan 1970 p. 83.
