Description:   Lamp with flat bottom, ovoid body with max. diam. below median, contracting to broad overhanging rim that projects on exterior and forms raised lip, and slants down toward fill hole. Large nozzle, top of which on level with top of lip on rim, with large wick hole that doesn't impinge on rim. No clear burning. For type, see Howland 12A.
Decoration:   Red glaze over all of exterior (?), glaze on lip and around top of nozzle, thin red circumference line on reserved lip. On floor either solid red glaze or concentric rings.
Material:   Fine clay fired buff at surface, gray at core.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder than 10YR 6/5
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving complete profile except for center bottom, interior edge of rim.
