Description:   Lamp with flaring ring foot, narrow resting surface, slanting inner surface to flat undersurface; globular body, offset broad, slightly convex rim, outer edge of which projects beyond line of foot but not body, overhanging interior. Large nozzle; opposite it scar of horizontal lug handle, attached to body, surface of which scored for adherence. P.Q. type IB4.
Decoration:   Black glaze on all of foot, half body-rim, nozzle, all of interior.
Material:   Fine pale buff clay, rare fine spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 7/2
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., complete profile; all foot, right half of lamp, scars of nozzle and handle; glaze worn. Burning on nozzle break.
