Description:   Lamp with flat bottom, ovoid body, curving in to articulated broad flat rim that only slightly overhangs exterior, overhangs interior. Horizontal lug handle attached to body and rim. P.Q. type IA4.
Decoration:   Black glaze in stripe on max. diam. of body, underside of rim, rim, base of handle, interior.
Material:   Fine pale yellow-green clay, well-compacted.
Munsell Color:   Surface: near 2.5Y 7.5/2; core near 10YR 8/2
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving complete profile; nearly half base, 1/3 body and rim, stump of handle; glaze worn. Traces of black glaze.
