Description:   Ray "skyphos" (former identification), deep body with slight incurved rim, flat sides, and low ring foot with flat undersurface.
Decoration:   Brownish black and red paint. Upper body, handles, and interior black, with two applied-red lines just below rim and halfway down interior. Long thin widely spaced rays on lower body rise from line at base. Red and black bands on outer edge of foot, black line and red band on resting surface. On bottom, black band near foot and thin concentric rings round central dot.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 8/4 (very pale brown).
Condition:   Missing parts. Mended from many frgts.; six areas of missing frgts. Filled. Paint worn and chipped.
