Description:   Kotyle, deformed in fire, with crack (L. 0.055 ) near handle; another crack in foot. Low flaring foot, with large flat resting surface. Groove at attachment of foot and body. Wide ovoid body with walls strongly flaring out. Vertical lip with tapered ending. Horizontal loop handles.
Decoration:   Foot slipped black. On lower body: register with rays. Above that, frieze with animals between two pairs of horizontal bands. Animals (two lions, ram, bird) with very long bodies. Anatomical details very carelessy incised. Above that, series of vertical squiggly lines. On top, horizontal line all around lip. Interior completely slipped black.
Material:   Very pale brown clay.
Munsell Color:   10 YR 7/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. Mended from numerous frgts., preserving all of base, 70% of body, one handle and 2/3 of rim. RIP
