Description:   Badly misfired Middle Corinthian pyxis lid with slighlty conical body, Triangular flange at 0.015m from edge, squared lip. Button knob on short inverted cone.
Writing:   Slip fired reddish brown. On knob: 3 concentric circles; around knob 4 more concentric circle. Register with frieze of very cursorily drawn animals in silouhette and fill of dots. Around rim, two more concentric circles

Condition:   Complete profile. Mended from 5 frgts. Complete profile. Preserves 1/3 of rim, and body and knob.
