Description: | One fragment of a ceramic mold for a decorative circular disk with a lotus and palmette frieze surrounded by a single zigzag. Preserves small section of zigzag, half of one palmette, and half of one lotus. Palmette has small lozenge-shaped core, volute at either side, and eleven round-tipped leaves; all except central leaf curve outward. Lotus has two large, curved outer petals and three smaller inner ones. | |
