Description:   Miniature phiale with flat base, low flaring walls with carination, and flaring scalloped rim with tapered lip; small central boss on interior; bits of clay adhering to exterior. Profile similar to KV 1162 (Stillwell and Benson 1984, Corinth 15.3, cat. 2024), also from the court of the Terracotta Factory, but with scalloped rim.
Decoration:   String marks on base; black slip over all.
Material:   Fine, very pale brown clay with few medium inclusions and rare medium voids
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Complete, some minor chipping to rim; black slip flaking.
