Description:   Miniature oinochoe with disc foot with flat underside, ovoid body with max. d. below median, wide neck, flaring trefoil rim with rounded lip; Highswung oval handle (mostly missing), attached at rim and just above widest part of body.
Decoration:   String marks on underside of foot. Small hole pushed into body just above foot, no exit. Black glaze all over.
Material:   Very fine pale yellow clay with rare very fine inclusions and rare fine voids
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 8/2 (white)
Condition:   Missing parts. Nearly complete, missing majority of handle. Black glaze fugitive and flaking
Manufacture:   WM
Period:   4th c. B.C.
Chronology:   Middle or 3rd quarter of the 4th century (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.1,6 p. 43)

Findspot Description:   Potters' Quarter. Terracotta Factory, East Room, Deposit 6. (N.B. Benson confused deposits 5 and 6 and associated this vessel with depost 5, but context and the notebooks indicate that this must be from Deposit 6. --K. Harrington, 30/6/2021)
