Description:   Lamp with low sloping rim, plastic ring framing shallow concave disk; small fill hole, off-center to the left of the figural scene, at. Ca. 9:00.
Decoration:   Rim has two incised grooves. Within discus, in relief gladiatorial combat: at lt. hoplomachus, fully armed, holding up a short sword in rt. hand; at rt. thrax facing lt., bent over, holding curved sword.
Material:   Fine buff clay.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., part of rim and ca. 1/3 disk, part of fill hole. Unglazed.
