Description:   Lamp with plastic ring surrounding shallow concave disk with possible fill hole in center.
Decoration:   Possible impressed tongues on rim. disk: at lt. satyr with bare torso turned 3/4 rt., head turned back, lt. arm down holding axe (?); unclear whether kneeling or rising out of leafy fronds; to rt. maenad, represented by two boots, one above other, billowing drapery and possible wine-sack. Plaster bubbles.

Material:   Fine light tan clay with rare lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Roughly near 10YR 6/5
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving edge of rim, ca. 1/4 disk. Partly RIP.
