Description:   Pitcher with flat base with narrow vertical edge. Lower body contracts to base curving up to ovoid body. Vertical handle, ovoid in section, attaches to maximum diameter of body.
Decoration:   White slip on exterior body and handle stops above base. Double manganese circles, on slipped zone, frame the lower side of a broad band, extending from lower body. It is divided into panels of alternating width: the narrower panels are decorated with black painted semplified chevron pattern; the wider ones are infilled with alternating manganese and turquoise wavy lines which defines simplified guilloche wavy band. Three vertical lines frame side panels. Pale yellow glaze on decoration, with small thicker smudges. Traces of glaze inside. Unslipped and unglazed base.
Material:   Medium hard, fine, pink clay. 1% of black, angular, spherical (0.25-1.5 mm) and white subrounded, spherical (0.25-0.5 mm) inclusions. Rare, thin, elongate voids. Smooth, conchoidal break.
Munsell Color:   Near to 7.5 YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frtg preserves one-ninth of base, almost half body, and stump of handle. Missing neck and lip.
