Description:   Terracotta handmade perching dove with long thick beak curving upward, wide head, thick neck, long pointed legs, wide rounded body, slightly tilted to rt side, hollow underneath, and narrowing towards small flat fan tail tilted to lt. Palm print visible on back. Similar to KT41-16, KT41-67, KT41-84 and KT 41-43 (Corinth XV.2 Class XXVII Late group p. 186 no. 14 pl. 42).
Decoration:   White slip on neck.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow to light brown clay with rare fine sparkling and few medium tabular angular white inclusions and few small to very large platy angular and rare large to very large tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow) and 7.5YR 6/4 (light brown)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Two joining pieces. Large chips on back of head and lower rt side. Discolored. Traces of white slip.
