Description:   Terracotta solid handmade seated female with head formed from clay looped from back forward, indented band around head for polos, pinched triangular face, thick wide neck, broad shoulders, separate attached arms, and flat plank body curving forward at waist. Wears necklace with attached flattened disk on lt shoulder and clay strip curving around neck from lt shoulder. Similar to MF-9617and MF-3880 (Corinth XII p. 24 no. 9 pl. 1).
Material:   Fine pink and reddish yellow clay with frequent fine sparkling, rare small to very large tabular angular white and rare medium tabular angular orange inclusions and rare fine tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 8/3 (pink) and 7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single piece broken across waist, preserving head to waist, missing both arms and rt half of necklace. Discolored.
