Description:   Terracotta hollow mouldmade female with elaborate coiffure, high crescent raised hair above forehead with four vertical tiers of round curls, smooth flat band running over this top, hair pulled back in multiple small braids to large spiral bun in back of head. Round indent for lt eye and wide neck. Similar to MF1985-79.
Material:   Fine pink clay with light gray core with few fine sparkling, few sm tabular angular white, rare lg spherical rounded black, few md tabular angular orange, few md-lg spherical angular quartz inclusions and few md-lg tabular ang and rare sm platy ang voids
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5YR 7/4 (pink), Core: 7.5YR 7/1 (light gray)
Condition:   Fragment. Single pieces preserving hair, head, and back of neck. Broken across face and front of neck. Traces of white slip.
