Description: | Horseshoe-shaped sigma table, straight across one side. Back smoothly finished, also outer edge. Upper surface worked as follows: set in ca. 0.04 m. from the outer edge around the curving sides of the table are 12 shallow depressions. The depressions are circular with one open side toward the interior of the table, and are encircled by a shallow groove. The corner depressions are nearly closed all around. Across the striaght side is a continuation of the shallow groove in a straight line, stopping before the center, to leave an opening. The center of the table is slightly recessed, and follows the line of the outer depressions and striaght base line. | |
