Description: | Mouldmade terracotta figurine of seated figure (woman?). Right hand rests on lap; fingers roughly indicated by incision. To proper left of hand are several objects: one small and round; one of similar size as hand, rounded, with indentation at center; and one oval or oblong. Drapery covering legs rendered by broadly gauged cross-hatching. Right foot peeks out from beneath garment and rests on short rectangular plinth made as part of figure. Mold seam at figurine's proper right; rest of this side is flat and unmodelled. Figurine is hollow. | |
