Description: | Bronze balance consists of long bar (circular in section) with hole at each end, from center of which projects at right angles a short pointed extension which forms balance indicator. At junction of projection and bar, pierced by hole; through this is passed small rod attaching balance to U-shaped loop by which it hangs. Ends of bar finished with raised decorative equidistant holes, decorated on top with incised grooves. Fastened with iron pin rings in ends and chain corresponding to two circular balances. | |
