Description:   Central part of earring formed of thick bronze wire to which four small strands of wire are attached. Two hollow appendages attached to thick wire, one with loop for fastening upper part of earring.
Material:   Silver, bronze.
Condition:   Fragment. Three frgts., preserving just over 1/4 part of lower wire and two double cones of earring. Missing double cones attached at bottom.

Chronology:   6th or 7th c., according to Corinth 12

Findspot Description:   Found in grave with MF-7881 (Davidson 1952, Corinth 12, cat. 1821) and other objects; see Corinth 12, p. 234.
