Description:   Plaque with rearing horse, braced on back legs, long tail falling to plinth. On him a rider fully draped in a himation, which also covers bent right arm. Directed rt. but head turned out to viewer. Hair gathered in a roll, or close-cropped curls ? around head. White slip over all with black paint on background. Trace of red by hind leg.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving rider and back end of horse.
Dimensions Preserved:   H. 0.17, W. 0.07 m.
Findspot Description:   Agora Northeast. From catch-basin associated with circular monument near starting line. April 9, 1937, NB SSW p. 283
