At bottom of this a moulding; cyma revers over torus; at top edge two cyma reversas separated by a cavetto. Top edge raised all around, and in the middle is a roughly semi-circular hole W. ca. 0.18 m. Back is flat with a heart-shaped vent ca. 0.14 m. high. Bottom open. In high relief on front; two horses, their feet resting on moulding at bottom. Left horse faces slightly more to front, both ears show, is also taller than other, its mane encroaching on upper moulding. Manes are short incised strokes, tail also incised. Hind legs in shallow relief. Both horses have reins. Beside them on a small rectangular plinth H. 0.02, a human figure. Of the left figure have bottoms of feet; traces of body resting against horse's side; marks of left forearm which rested on horse's body grasping reins. Of rt. figure: rt. foot with traces of boot; traces of body, right arm and hand on horse's mane.
