Decoration: | Exterior: scalloped rim made by facet cutting. On neck, line of vertical ovoid facets about 0.01 tall. On side, three interset lines of vertical ovoid facets in decreasing sizes (top row 0.01, middle row 0.008, bottom row 0.006). On bottom, line of horizontal facets (0.015) forming circle around base, and at least 5 rows of vertical facets (0.012-0.016) very closely set. | |
Material: | Clear colorless glass. Common pinprick-small bubbles. | |
Condition: | Complete profile. 12 fragments, all but 1 (MF-9103B) joining. About 1/3 of circumference of vessel preserved, with complete profile and most of bottom. Some iridescent weathering, but otherwise well preserved. | |
