Description:   Large rectangular block with vertical face at least 0.248 m. high, crowned by fascia, proj. 0.009, P.H. 0.020, set ca. 0.09 m. below preserved top of block. Front face carve in low relief, from top to bottom: possible lotus at left, of which have part of calyx (?) and one long tendril curving out horizontally to rt. and turning up, tip missing; further rt., curving tendril with bulbous tip from corresponding lotus (?); below, surface scarred where relief broken away; below this, 3 clustered leaves with pointed tips fanning to rt., with a separate broader leaf below. Relief carved back from surface so thatbackground uneven. Worked entirely with flat chisel.Perhaps from same monument as S-1128.
Material:   Fine white marble with laminating fractures.
Condition:   Fragment. Original inventory: single frgt., preserving part of face, broken remaining sides; additional join gives more of face, crowning fascia, but broken edges, back.
