Description:   Grave stele. Head of mourning youth with curled short hair and round head. Above head, upper moulding of stele. Position and type of head somewhat similar to girl's head found near Peirene joined pieces S-60 and S-729 (Johnson 1931, Corinth 9, cat. 246).
Decoration:   Red paint on background and on hair.
Material:   Coarse-grained grayish-white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of frame and head of boy. broken on all sides except at top. Nose slightly damaged. Well-preserved traces of red on relief background and in hair. Traces of burning.
Period:   4th c. B.C.
