Description:   Head of female, tilted and turned slightly rt., hair tight over crown with broad roll framing face and continuing around sides of head. Broad, oval face, rounded forehead, eyebrows schematically defined by sharp incised line, eyes set shallow beneath brow, pupils roughly carved. Tenon at bottom for insertion into body. Back of head, neck, and tenon flat and roughly worked.
Material:   Fine-crystal white marble
Condition:   Complete or intact. Complete, surface worn, scratched, and chipped throughout, nose mostly missing, lower rt. cheek, part of chin, front of neck, and front of tenon missing, facial features very worn, brown stain on rt. side, large crack at l. side of neck at level of chin.
