Description:   An over life-size left hand preserved next to a small segment of drapery. Two small areas of Silenos hair at each side of wrist and edge of hair crossing middle ties in to Silenoi from Theater. Hand holds a short object with flared end that extends one finger's width beyond end of little finger, outer edge of which not carved. Object has flat lower surface but stops at thumb. Back of hand somewhat sketchily finished. As hand flexed back on wrist and back rough, arm probably holding something up like wine skin.
Material:   White fine-crystalled, heavily micaceous marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., broken through wrist, missing most of thumb, first finger. Heavily weathered on back of hand.
