Description:   Over life-sized draped figure standing with weight on lt. leg, rt. flexed, foot pulled back and turned out slightly. Wears chiton, visible at back in a series of flatly carved folds, separated by broad, V-shaped channels. Himation falls to plint, oveer which it drapes between feet. Diagonal folds pull from left hip to right ankle in both front and back. Gathered hem falls freely down left side in a solid mass of drapery. Wears sandals with thick soles having flat band at top and bottom, no sandal straps rendered. Well-finished, drill channels separating toes, rasping on drapery. Plinth worked with claw and point on top, face roughly picked. Two holes for clamps: one behind left heel in back, W00.020, 2nd in rt. side beneath right heel.
Material:   Fine white marble with gray/micaceous ? veining, tending to laminate.
Condition:   Fragment. Original: single frgt., from mid thigh to base of plinth; missing tips of rt. toes, all of lt. toes; joins: give outside of upper part, rt. thigh; projecting himation folds lt. side. Four joining frgts. in all. Missing front of plinth.
