Description:   Broad-bottomed oinochoe with broad flat bottom, inset cylindrical body with unarticulated rounded shoulder, short wide neck, flaring trefoil mouth. High-swung vertical strap handle from rim to shoulder. Lid.
Decoration:   Red around bottom. Rays at bottom body; black band with colored lines (WRW?), a.f. B-R lines between friezes, a.f., neck and mouth, handle glazed, 5 white dot rosettes on neck, white dots on edge of mouth. Upper frieze: siren with open wings to r., head turned back, between panthers; swan r., ram l. Lower frieze: lotus-palmette complex between sirens with sickle wings, panthers. Swan r., goat l. Red for sirens' faces. On lid, glazed, 3 white rosettes, white ring around knob, top of knob white. School of Dodwell Painter.
Material:   Buff Corinthian clay, black glaze, added white, purple.
Condition:   Complete or intact. Complete, mended from several fragments.
