Description:   Globular aryballos with round bottom, globular body, narrow cylindrical neck, broad horizontal outturned rim, thickened at outer edge, top surface sloping down to small opening. Vertical strap handle attached to top of shoulder and rim.
Decoration:   Decoration in dull black to brown-black glaze: Bottom: 2 concentric rings; body: 3 rings, row of comasts, bearded, each holding drinking horn in outstretched lt. hand, directed rt. Wear fillet rendered by incision; considerable incision for details; dot rosettes in field; above, 3 rings, ring of tongues on neck, painted; uneven black stripe on exterior of rim; on top of rim traces of 2-3 concentric rings. Amyx: Soldier-dancer group.
Material:   Fine pinkish buff clay with frequent fine white lime inclusions, causing surface to spald.
Munsell Color:   Pinker than 10YR 7/3
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact, but surface pitted; decoration partly worn away.
