Description:   Jar with flaring disk foot, concave undersurface; deep ovoid body with max. diam. above but near median, wide vertical rim, outturned lip. Horizontal handle, square in section, set vertically on lip with reinforcement below it on neck, pierced horizontally by string hole.
Decoration:   Decoration in matt brown paint: two stripes at max. diam. With pendant festoons below; above on shoulder, large zigzag of double lines with cross-bars; in angles small chevrons set horizontally; stripe at base of rim, groups of bars on lip. On inner face of handle, three groups of three bars.
Material:   Coarse greenish-yellow clay with numerous fine black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Between 2.5Y 8/3 and 5Y 8/3.
Condition:   Complete or intact. Four joining frgts., complete.
