Description:   Cup-skyphos with wide disk foot, thick with vertical face, concave undersurface. Short wide stem. Echinoid body. Concave rim with round lip. Two canted horizontal loop handles rising to height of lip, attached to upper body.
Decoration:   Exterior black glazed except: edge of foot and resting surface reserved and red, center of undersurface reserved; reserved figure zone in handle area, below which 1 thick black band framed by thin to either side; reserved stripe on inside of lip and tondo on floor, inside of handles. Figured scene same on both faces: Dionysos reclining to rt., lt. arm bent, rt. extended; to lt., goat facing rt.; on one face looking rt., on other head turned back. Dotted tendrils in field; scene flanked by pair of palmettes.
