Description:   Stirrup vase; body rises from a broad ring=base, spreads widely to the point of greatest diameter, which is relatively high, then curves sharply inward toward the handle, as a result of which the upper part of the pot has a nearly flat surface. (Blegen 1926, 167)
Decoration:   The upper part is decorated with a characteristic late Mycenaean pattern, including double hooks, double curving rows of dashes, and diamonds as space fillers; while below are the usual horizontal bands, broad and fine. On the disk of the handle are four concentric circles. The glaze is black in color and badly worn; where thin, as in the finer lines, it appears as lustrous brown
