Description:   Celt, oval in section. Width and thickness taper to either end. Ground to a cutting edge, which may be slightly worn. Blegen puts in his first type of celts, which are almost round in section, slender in proportion to their length, and usually have more or less pointed butts, with the edge ground from both sides (Blegen 1928, Zygouries, 199).
