Excavations produced wasters (accidentally melted ceramics) of pottery made from the white marl clay underlying the limestone bedrock. Moulds indicate that the potters also made figurines, painted plaques, and votive shields. Later excavators found two stelai shrines.","","Corinth","Corinth:Image:slide 1076::/Corinth/Photos/slides/1000-1999/sl1076.jpg::1800::1217","","","","Monument","Corinth:Monument:Potters' Quarter","","","Corinthia | Ancient Corinth | Ancient Corinth, West | Potters' Quarter | Potters' Quarter","Potters' Quarter" "","specific view","","Corinth","Corinth:Image:bw 2005 005 11a::/Corinth/Photos/negatives/year_roll/2005_005/2005_st_005_011A.jpg::1800::1244","bronze","","","Image","Corinth:Image:bw 2005 005 11a","","","Corinthia | Ancient Corinth | Ancient Corinth, West","bw 2005 005 11a" "","specific view","","Corinth","Corinth:Image:bw 2005 005 19a::/Corinth/Photos/negatives/year_roll/2005_005/2005_st_005_019A.jpg::1800::1228","bronze","","","Image","Corinth:Image:bw 2005 005 19a","","","Corinthia | Ancient Corinth | Ancient Corinth, West","bw 2005 005 19a"
