Description:   Late Neolithic ritual vessel leg, probably of type referred to as rhyta (Phelps 2004, 86-7, for discussion of shape and its function). Possible burning on interior of vessel. Similar to C-1937-1218 in shape and decoration.
Decoration:   Burnished, incised double diagonal lines.
Material:   Coarse gray clay with abundant large to very large gray spherical angular and sub-angular inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Fabric: 10YR 5/1 (gray); Slip: 10YR 5/2 (greyish brown) to 10YR 4/1 (dark grey)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving leg, broken on both ends.
